Over 3000 Client Hours, 7+ Years Professional Experience, and …
A Wealth of Lived Experience
Work with me.
I know firsthand the pain of complex trauma from childhood narcissistic abuse, homelessness, body disconnection, fearful-avoidant attachment and intimate partner violence.
I know how it feels to grow up not having your needs met or accommodated for as an undiagnosed, growing AuDHD human.
I know how exhausting it feels to live in chronic fight-or-flight or "functional freeze", repeating painful patterns while longing for presence, intimacy and profound connection.
I know what it is like to “lose your sanity” because your nervous system is pummelled by stress, an abusive partner, and a lack of support into states of hypomania, psychosis and paranoia.
I also know what it's like to recover (stable, lovable & secure) and feel overwhelming gratitude for the past versions of me that never gave up on myself.
Recovery is possible. You deserve that too.
Today, I use my clinical training and lived experience to support you in reclaiming control of your life after narcissistic abuse.

Every single client’s needs and goals are unique.
Some clients I see for a few sessions at a time, others our time extends over a handful of months, years, or more.
Treatment length varies widely. No two people need the same thing.
