Meet Your Host
Welcome! My name is Danielle Bird, and I am a Somatic Trauma and Attachment Recovery Coach. I hold a Master's in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience and Psychology, with certification in Integrative Attachment Theory.
I am passionate about supporting individuals who are stuck in the wounds of disorganized attachment, a dysregulated nervous system, and rollercoaster emotions, helping them transition into a state of safety, peace, and embodied secure attachment.
Raised by two emotionally absent parents cycling in unhealthy narcissist-empath dynamics, positioned as the scapegoat, abandoned as a teenager and subjected to sexual traumas, ostracized from the family system in my late teensβ¦
As a neurodivergent child with a disorganized attachment, these had profoundly devastating effects, and I shut down for over a decade. I made it my life mission to pull myself out of the gunk that I felt swallowed me whole.
Now, I am happily in a long-term relationship with the partner of my wildest dreams. I love myself unconditionally, feel at home in my body and feel safe to experience deep pleasure, explore meaningful connections and be authentically myself.
